By registering for, purchasing, accessing or using SeaLifeHits, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any specific terms shown for a particular purchase, promotion or feature.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the service.

3. Membership Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account and payment details reasonably current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Unless SeaLifeHits gives prior written permission, only one account per person is permitted and, as an anti-abuse measure, SeaLifeHits may also restrict multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, household or payment identity.
You may not delete and recreate an account in order to change sponsor, referrer or upline, and you may not encourage another member to do so.
4. Nature of the SeaLifeHits Service
SeaLifeHits is an online traffic-exchange and advertising service. Features may include website surfing, traffic credits, banner and text advertising, promotional tools, games, bonuses, competitions, memberships, referral commissions and other member features.
Traffic, views, clicks, referrals, sales, income or other commercial results are not guaranteed. Results depend on many factors outside SeaLifeHits' control, including the member's own offer, website, targeting, presentation and market conditions.
Credits, impressions, bonuses, game rewards and promotional benefits are service features and are not cash unless SeaLifeHits expressly identifies them as a cash commission, cash prize or other payable balance.
5. Member Conduct, Spam and Lawful Use
You must use SeaLifeHits lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other members, third parties or the reputation or technical operation of SeaLifeHits.
Spam and unsolicited commercial email are not permitted. You may promote SeaLifeHits referral links or advertising material only through channels where such promotion is permitted. A substantiated spam complaint, fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct may lead to investigation, removal of advertising, suspension or termination.
Members are responsible for the content they submit or promote and for having any rights, licences or permissions required for that content.
6. Website and Advertising Rules
URLs, rotators, banners, text ads and other advertising submitted to SeaLifeHits must comply with these Terms. SeaLifeHits may reject, suspend or remove content that presents legal, security, technical, fraud, abuse or community-safety concerns.
- No illegal activity or content.
- No malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, forced downloads or malicious scripts.
- No pornography or adult content, or advertising that directs users to such content.
- No hate or discriminatory content.
- No frame-breaking pages or technology designed to defeat the traffic-exchange viewer.
- No hidden iframes, click-trapping or similar deceptive techniques.
- No HYIP/high-yield investment schemes or investment autosurfs.
- No PTP (Paid To Post) sites where prohibited by SeaLifeHits rules.
- Rotators are permitted only where every item in the rotation complies with these Terms.
- A maximum of one pop-up/pop-under may be permitted where it does not interrupt the surf timer, trap the user or prevent navigation.
- SeaLifeHits may remove a site that is unsafe, unlawful, materially misleading, technically disruptive or otherwise incompatible with the service.
If you are uncertain whether a site is acceptable, contact SeaLifeHits before submitting it.
7. Paid Memberships, Purchases and Payment
Prices, billing periods and the features included with a purchase are those shown at the time of purchase. Current payment options may include PayPal and, where SeaLifeHits specifically offers the option, use of eligible SeaLifeHits commission balances toward credits or membership upgrades.
Additional payment or payout providers may be introduced in the future. A provider is not considered available until it is actually shown as an option on SeaLifeHits.
You are responsible for keeping third-party payment accounts and payment details under your control. SeaLifeHits is not responsible for failures caused solely by a third-party payment provider, but this does not limit rights you may have under mandatory law.
Recurring memberships and cancellation
If you purchase a recurring membership, you may cancel future renewal through the payment method provided or through any cancellation method made available by SeaLifeHits. Cancellation is intended to stop future renewal. The effect of cancellation on an already-paid period will be handled in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable mandatory law.
8. Referral Commissions and Payouts
Commission eligibility is determined by the SeaLifeHits commission system, the member's account status, valid transactions and compliance with these Terms. Fraudulent, reversed, refunded, disputed or otherwise invalid transactions may be excluded or adjusted where justified.
Members are responsible for keeping the payout details requested by SeaLifeHits accurate and current.
Policy effective October 1, 2026
Beginning October 1, 2026, SeaLifeHits processes eligible commission payouts twice each month, during the 1st–3rd and the 19th–21st.
The minimum payout is $12 for Free members and $8 for Upgraded members.
Processing may occasionally vary because of weekends, holidays, account verification, fraud review or payment-provider delays. Meeting a minimum threshold does not override a legitimate hold, reversal, legal requirement or unresolved payment issue.
Before October 1, 2026, the payout rules in effect immediately before that date continue to apply.
Cash prizes may be paid through the commission payout process unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
9. Refunds, Withdrawal Rights and Payment Disputes
Refund requests are handled under the SeaLifeHits Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer right, statutory withdrawal right, remedy for non-delivery, remedy for defective digital services or other right that cannot legally be waived.
Where a consumer has a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, SeaLifeHits will respect that right in accordance with the law that applies to the transaction.
Members are encouraged to contact SeaLifeHits promptly if a payment or access problem occurs so that it can be investigated. This request to contact SeaLifeHits first does not remove a member's lawful right to contact a payment provider, card issuer, consumer authority or other competent body.
10. Service Messages and Marketing Communications
SeaLifeHits may send messages reasonably necessary to operate the account or service, such as security notices, transaction information, payout information, account notices and important service updates.
Marketing or promotional messages will be sent only where permitted by applicable law. Where consent or an opt-out mechanism is required, SeaLifeHits will provide it. Members must not be required to accept unrelated marketing as a condition for receiving essential account communications.
11. Privacy, Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data must be handled in accordance with the SeaLifeHits Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. SeaLifeHits may use service providers and processors where necessary to operate the website, hosting, security, communications, payments and related functions.
SeaLifeHits must not promise that personal information is "never shared" where information is lawfully processed by necessary service providers. Any sharing or processing must instead be described accurately in the Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the SeaLifeHits Privacy/Cookie information and applicable law. Non-essential tracking must not be presented as mandatory where valid consent is required.
12. Suspension, Removal and Termination
SeaLifeHits may suspend or restrict an account or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate fraud or cheating, respond to security or payment issues, enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect other members and third parties.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. Where circumstances permit, SeaLifeHits should act proportionately and provide reasonable information about the reason for action.
Paid balances, cash commissions and other monetary rights will be handled according to applicable law and the valid rules governing those balances. Service credits or promotional benefits obtained through fraud, abuse or a reversed transaction may be removed where justified.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
SeaLifeHits displays or links to websites submitted by members and may use third-party services such as hosting and payment providers. SeaLifeHits does not control all third-party content and does not endorse a third-party site merely because it appears in rotation or is linked from SeaLifeHits.
Members should independently assess third-party offers, business opportunities and claims before purchasing, joining or providing personal information.
14. Availability and Changes to the Service
SeaLifeHits aims to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents, network problems, force majeure and other technical events may temporarily affect availability.
SeaLifeHits may develop, replace, discontinue or modify features for legitimate operational, security, legal or technical reasons. Where a material change negatively affects an ongoing paid consumer service, any notice, termination or other rights required by mandatory law will be respected.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when reasonably necessary because of changes to the service, law, security, payment arrangements or business operations.
Material changes will be communicated in a reasonably clear manner before they take effect where required by law or where the change materially affects an ongoing paid relationship. Changes will not be used to remove mandatory rights that have already arisen.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
SeaLifeHits provides an advertising and traffic-exchange service and does not guarantee commercial results, third-party offers, third-party website availability or the accuracy of claims made by independent advertisers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeaLifeHits is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by third-party content, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
Because SeaLifeHits is currently administered and operated from Norway, these Terms are intended to be governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to a particular user or transaction.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection that applies to you and cannot legally be waived. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction and dispute resolution also prevail over these Terms.
Users are encouraged to contact SeaLifeHits first so that a dispute can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.
